In 2018, local real estate industry leader, Joetta Irving Talford, joined forces with some top agents to bring Talford Realty International to the Carolinas. The goal is to bring an international private brokerage concept to this area, while merging the local reputation for excellence they created as a team. Our team is small, but mighty. Many of our agents grew up in the metro areas of the Carolinas that we serve: Charlotte, Greenville SC, the Midlands, Charleston and Rock Hill - Fort Mill SC. All of our agents are REALTORS® and we work with our clients whether it's commercial or residential investments. Our main office is headquartered in Rock Hill, SC and many of the agents are graduates of Winthrop University.
